Refund policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked
If Marley Live is not right for you, email hello@marley.louishaywood.uk within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. You do not have to give a reason.
This applies whether or not you have activated the key. Trying it on a real show is the only way to know if it works for you, and it would be daft to take that away.
How it works
- Email from the address on your account, or quote your licence key.
- The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
- Your licence is revoked when the refund is processed. Any Mac already activated keeps working, because the app runs offline, but please stop using the full version once you have been refunded.
Refunds are usually processed the same day. Your bank may take a few working days after that.
Your legal right to cancel
For digital content bought online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel, unless you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right. You are not asked to waive anything here. The 14 days apply in full, from the day you bought it.
Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and that right is not limited to 14 days.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and the licence runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. Part months are not refunded as a rule, but if you cancelled the day after a renewal by accident, say so and it will be sorted out.
Education and bulk licences
The same 14 days apply. If you bought several and only need fewer, email and the difference will be refunded.
After 14 days
Outside the 14 days there is no automatic right to a refund, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, email anyway. This is a one person business and it would rather fix a problem than keep money from someone unhappy.
